The Australian leaker responsible for all of the leaks of Xbox One and PlayStation 4 before their launch is now blackmailing console manufacturers Microsoft and Sony.

Dan Henry also known as SuperDae in cyberspace said that he will reveal all the damaging information that he knows about the new consoles if he will be arrested.

VG 24/7 reported that after Superdae got raided by the FBI, he setup a fail-safe just like in the movies, where if he doesn't log into an FTP every 24 hours it will automatically send out "juicy" and presumably damaging info. In a report by Gizmodo, Superdae suspects that he will be charged after he was busted for trying to sell development kits of the next generation consoles on eBay.

Assuming the arrest goes through and Superdae fails to log into his FTP, the username, password and IP address will be broadcast on a Twitter account, allowing read-only access to all the "juicy" and potentially damaging details regarding the next generation consoles.

Henry has been charged by police in WA Court. However, he was granted bail and is now free. SuperDae even boast his granted bail via his Twitter account. The WA Police, however, refused to tell the specific charges served to Henry.

Software giant Microsoft unveiled the latest version of its gaming console, Xbox One, the other day eight years after the release of Xbox 360.

After eight years since the launch of Xbox 360, Microsoft revealed specs and features for the Xbox One the other day at an event in Redmond, Wash.

The new gaming system, which it plans to release before the end of the year, is chock full of new features that go way beyond new hardware, including Skype connectivity, television integration and new ways of controlling the system with your voice and body.

However, Microsoft will face stiff competition with the release of Playstation 4. Sony's upcoming next generation console is scheduled for release the holiday season of 2013.
