If PS4 has been touting the PS Vita as a way to conduct remote play, Microsoft may have found a way to do a similar thing for the Xbox One. What's more, it may also add another feature to the mix: backwards compatibility through the cloud.

Leaks about information shared during a company meeting have revealed that Microsoft may be planning to make use of the cloud to stream various games such as Halo 4 and other Xbox games onto the Windows PC and Windows smartphone.

The Verge reports that the concept is already on the testing stage, with the latest results seeing a controller attached to a Windows Phone and a low-end PC. Aside from streaming Xbox One games, those who are looking for a way to stream PS3 and other games could also view this development as the console's possible backwards capability feature.

Multitasking and Recognising Ability for Kinect 2.0

The all-new Kinect has not been as well received as hoped, considering that it is the device that is keeping the Xbox One from going down to the same price level as its competitor PS3.

However, this does not mean that it is lacking in the right technology, which someday people will hopefully enjoy using. The latest reported technology is the Xbox One's Kinect abilities to identify two voices from two different speakers who are in the same room.

But as though that is not enough, the Kinect can also identify the mouths of the speakers even in a very dark room. This is a big upgrade from its predecessor, because more advanced technology has enabled it to increase the amount of detail that it incorporates in the system.

As an example, Joystiq reports that you have the increased in number of identifiable joints for 6 different people, recognition of which player accesses which controller, and detect 1,400 points on a face.

It goes to show just how much Microsoft has invested in its new Kinect. Hopefully, the company will showcase the value of the upgrades to its consumers.

Xbox One: A Potential New Wii?

Microsoft may not be positioning the Xbox One as just another gaming and entertainment device.

In a recent report from VG 24/7, a new app titled Xbox Fitness Pass was found, and it's one that's supposed to let you burn those unwanted calories with the help of your own virtual trainer.

According to the report, this was already revealed in a new entry in xbox.com, but was retracted early, perhaps because Microsoft was not yet ready to publicize the information.

As to what has already been found out, the Xbox Fitness Pass lets you get trained by famous personalities like Jillian Michaels, Tony Horton and Tracey Anderson, to name a few.

This may be the next best thing to going to the gym--and Xbox is really aiming that you get everything you need from the comfort of your living room.
