TV Guide reports that on Thursday, Victor will hire someone new at Newman Enterprises. Meanwhile, Nick becomes resolute with his relationship with Sage, and Kevin prods Billy to clean up his act.

The soap posted a teaser video on its official YouTube channel. It shows three scenes from the Dec. 17 episode, featuring Dr. Neville, Neil, Phyllis, Jack, Chelsea, Adam and Victor.

In the first scene, Chelsea will be seen telling Nick, “Sage moving across the hall from us is a huge mistake.” In previous episodes, Sage told Chelsea and Adam that she did something crazy and that they will all be neighbors. Sage also revealed that her relationship with Nick is not working out, and that her decision to move is supported by Dr. Anderson.

Marisa will be the focus of the video’s next cut. She is shown talking to Noah. “I’m quitting my job here Noah,” she says. “I’m going to work for Luca.”

In the last scene, Victor will be seen handing a cheque to Luca, who will wonder about it. Victor will say, “I’m paying your family’s investment back plus interest.” Luca, not to be outdone, will reply, “It doesn’t work like that.” The last image of the video will show Victor smiling knowingly.

According to Soap She Knows, Luca will insist that his dad wants to be involved in the daily operations of Newman. He will be asked by Victor and Adam to go. When Luca leaves, Noah will arrive and they will discuss about the Santoris, who appear to be defiant. Adam tells the two about his idea to resolve all their problems. He will propose to let Noah work for them again as their liaison with Marisa and Luca. Victor agrees and hires him back.
