A character’s reappearance is generally pleasing, but such will not be the case exactly for the Newmans on the next episode of “Y&R.” As for Hilary, spoilers reveal that she will be haunted by her actions.
Spoiler alert! This article contains “The Young and the Restless” spoilers. Read on if you would like to know what happens next before the next episode airs.
On Tuesday , January 3, Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) will have a few questions as to Reed Hellstrom’s (Tristan Lake Leabu) sudden appearance. Lilly Ashby (Christel Khalil) will verbally lash out at Hilary Hamilton (Mishael Morgan). Meanwhile, things will shake up a little when Reed returns to town.
The tension will be especially obvious on Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle) and her family, especially when Reed reveals that he wants to stay. She will agree to let her son stay with her while his father is on board. As for Victor, he will be getting updates on Reed’s arrival and will be pushed to wonder what in the world is going on , writes Soaps She Knows.
It also appears that things are getting rougher for Hilary. If she had not tripped Mariah Coepland (Camryn Grimes) and lied, there would have been nothing about her to expose. Everything would have gone smoothly and she could have spent New Year’s Eve with her husband.
However, since that is not the case, spoilers reveal that Lily will lash out on Hilary for starting the domino effect. She will insist that if Devon Hamilton (Bryton James) does not make it, there will be nobody else but Hilary to blame. Devon will be needing surgery for internal bleeding and this makes it clear that the situation is quite tense. Hilary will want everything to go smoothly, but her past actions will continue having their repercussions.
“The Young and the Restless” airs on CBS every Monday to Friday in the US. It also airs on Arena in Australia.
