The Samsung Galaxy S4 is also rumoured to feature an Exynos 5 Octa (8-Core) CPU, Mali-T678 (8-Core) GPU, 4.99″ SuperAMOLED Full HD Resolution Display, 2GB of RAM, 13 Megapixel Rear facing Camera capable of shooting 1080p Full HD Videos at 30FPS, 2 Megapixel front facing camera capable of shooting 720p HD Videos and run Android 4.2.2 Jelly Bean out of the box.

Below are some of the reasons why you should consider buying the upcoming Samsung Galaxy S4.

  1. Plastic Casing with Aluminum Sides - A lot of people were hoping Samsung would splurge and use better materials for its new phone. According to various reports, the case will be plastic, which feels cheap compared to the iPhone or HTC's latest phone. Samsung is doing it because it's lighter, easier to make, and costs less.
  2. Better Screen Display - Samsung's new smartphone will feature a better screen display compared to its predecessor.
  3. Latest Android Operating System - The Galaxy S4 will run with the latest Androidv4.2 Jelly Bean OS.
  4. High Technology Features - Depending on what you read, Samsung is going to have some sort of eye-tracking, or head tracking software. It sounds like the phone's camera will look at you and you could nod your head to make the screen move. Samsung has tried a lot of gesture based software with mixed results in the past.
  5. More Color Options - Just like the previous Galaxy S3, the Samsung Galaxy S4 will be inspired by nature and will be available in various color options.
  6. Take Sharper and Vivid Pictures - The upcoming Samsung Galaxy S4 will come with 13 MP rear camera that will allow user to capture better photos.
  7. Powerful and High Speed Processor - The new smartphone from Samsung is speculated to come with an eight core processor which promises faster performance.
  8. Easier Payments - Samsung's phones have had NFC chips which allow for wireless transmission of information in the past. A lot of people want NFC for payments, but not a lot of retailers/payment services do NFC. Samsung got a deal with Visa which should manifest itself with the S IV. People might actually use NFC with this phone.
  9. Wider Availability - The Samsung Galaxy S4 will be available in more networks and retails stores so that consumers can easily purchase the new handset.
  10. Same Samsung Galaxy S3 Pricing Strategy - Based on the leaked price listing of the highly-anticipated Samsung Galaxy S4, the device is cheaper than expected. According to a tech forum, the Samsung Galaxy S4 price in United Kingdom would be around £500 for the 16GB version of the device. In the US, the 16GB version would cost around $600 while the 32GD version would be $650. Samsung seemed to be following its previous pricing strategy it did with Samsung Galaxy S3 last year to attract more consumers and to encourage Samsung users to upgrade their devices.
