Xperia Z1s and Z1 Compact comes with relatively close hardware components and proofing slated to be released later this year. Sony Xperia Z1s
Xperia Z1s is the improved version of Xperia Z1 smartphone coming exclusively to T-Mobile in the United States. It runs Android 4.3 Jelly Bean OS, powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon processor and supports storage expansion.

Xperia Z1s is out by the 22nd of January through the United States network carrier T-Mobile with expected $22 per month price under two years of contract. Buyers can get the device for $603 contract-free from T-Mobile as well. As of now, Sony hasn't announced the official pricing of the Xperia Z1 Compact expected to be out after Xperia Z1s.
