Apple has revised the manner components were placed inside the upcoming iPhone 6 and iPhone 5S, creating more room for the devices to accommodate larger batteries in time for their respective release dates.

Also, a new iOS 7 feature will allow iPhone users to shoot photos, tinker with them ala-Instagram and share the captured moments with ease.

These killer iPhone features were hinted via the new batch of leaked details, the first one furnished by Japanese blog site MacOtakara and the other from the beta version of the recently unwrapped iOS 7.

The alleged iPhone 5S logic board suggested of a new component arrangement inside the guts of the smartphone, leaving enough space that most likely Apple will use up by placing a battery that is bigger and will deliver more energy juice from the one installed in the iPhone 5.

That same power source carried a 1434mAh rating and bumping it up is a welcome move for millions of iPhone users. As noted by Gotta Be Mobile on its reports, battery life is generally a letdown even with the improved power-generator that was included in the iPhone 5.

And with the reported Retina+ that the 5S will get, supposedly to flood the phone screen with up to 1.5 million of pixels, increasing battery life is one killer feature sorely needed by the handset, given that its fixed back-cover prevents the use of extra battery pack.

On the software side, it is almost certain that future iPhone users will relish the same features popularised by the social media-centric app Instagram.

This function, according to Apple Insider, is currently on the menu of the iOS 7 beta build, paving the way for the likely final form of Apple's Camera app that looks more flat, in accordance with the new design philosophy inspired by Jony Ive, with emphasis on functionalities.

The core features would be to facilitate the capture of quality pictures with a wide-range of filtering options prior to the images being shared for the entire world to see.

The latter task is made easier, Apple said, through iCloud that creates a shared photo stream of given photo album, giving option for the image owners to give access to their 'favourite people'.

Apple's new Cam app is also tightly integrated with other social media apps such as Facebook, Twitter and Picasa, which ensures that deployment of these cherished moments is without glitches.

These two new features are expected to make their way on both the iPhone 5S and the phablet-size iPhone 6, which are separately geared for Q4 2013 and Q1 2014 release dates.
