Matt Bomer, Henry Cavill and Ian Somerhalder are in fact three of the top contenders for the role of Christian Grey. While these three may perfectly portray the dominant 27-year old entrepreneur, there are a plethora of other actors suited for the role of Christian Grey.

E.L. James novel continues to be the talk of the town. The book set for a film adaptation will be hitting the theatres by summer of 2014 which has got a lot of fans antsy for the movie. On the other hand, Matt Bomer of "White Collar" has continuously been the top contender for the role of Christian Grey. Following close to Bomer are Henry Cavill of "Man of Steel" and Ian Somerhalder of "The Vampire Diaries."
