3 MacBook Pro 2013 Features That We Should See in Oct 22 Release Date But Most Likely Not
MacBook Pro 2013 release date is alleged to happen next week alongside the iPad 5 and iPad Mini 2 launch.
The iPad 5 and iPad Mini 2 will be released on the 22nd of this month, according to AllThingsD citing sources that are familiar with Apple's plans and roadmap. The event is also expected to introduce MacBook Pro 2013 and OS X Mavericks.
Another proof that MacBook Pro 2013 is coming very soon is that Apple began orientating its AppleCare support staff for the OS X Mavericks features and installation. According to a report of 9to5Mac, training staff will spend at least six hours over the course of the next few weeks.
Some of the new features for the latest OS X include iBooks, a tabbed finder, iCloud Keychain, multiple displays, improved Safari, new look to the calendar, a new Maps app and more. The OS X Mavericks was announced last June and is expected to roll out this month along with the refreshed Apple laptop.
iMacs and MacBook Air were already released in the past few weeks that hinted on some of the specs and features of the MacBook Pro 2013 such as Intel Haswell processor, faster Wi-Fi and storage options as well as longer battery life.
The MacBook Pro 213 rumours included features that will top the market. However, the following are new killer features of the upcoming MacBook Pro 2013 that consumers would like to see in the upcoming Apple's laptop but will most likely be missing in action:
Touch ID Fingerprint Sensor - Apple packed the Touch ID fingerprint sensor to the latest iPhone 5S. It is expected that other Apple devices will include the said feature for more security. It was purported that the biometrics feature will be embedded on the trackpad of the Apple's laptop.
Sharp IGZO Display - The latest report cited that the MacBook Pro 2013 will pack Sharp's IGZO display with 3,840 x 2,160 pixel resolution, which is slightly short in being a 4K resolution display. According to the report, the laptop saves power consumption compared to the traditional LCD display.
Thunderbolt 2 GPU chip - According to rumours, the MacBook Pro 2013 will include a Thunderbolt 2 GPU chip that will further enhance the graphics of the device.
