5 Android 5.0 Lollipop Features That You Won't Find in iOS 8

Guest Mode

The battery saver mode available with Android 5.0 Lollipop when activated can boost the battery of the device by additional 90 minutes. However, to extend the battery, it will disable various functions like connectivity, vibration and so on. Apple is yet to bring such a feature to the iOS 8.
Robust Security
Android Lollipop offers different ways to unlock your device such as drawing a pattern, using your face, entering a pass code number and the last one allows its users to pair the device with another trusted device like a smartphone, tablet or wearable gadget. On Apple you get two security options for unlocking the device, which includes four-digit pass code number and scanning the fingerprint of the user.
USB Mass Storage Support
Connect your Android Lollipop device with a USB cable to a PC and you will be able to use the onboard memory as USB mass storage on your PC which can easily let users to perform data transfer between PC and Android device. On iOS 8, users are required to make use of iTunes to perform data transfer.
App Management
On Android, users have the full app management power. The installed apps can be marked as private or used as default apps. It even lets user to hide apps or switch to an older version of the app. On iOS, app management is limited to opening and deleting.
