MacBook Pro 2013 release date is expected to happen on October 22 alongside the announcement of iPad 5 and iPad Mini 2.

It was previously reported that MacBook Pro 2013 will be launched on October 15. However, a report from AllThingsD cited insiders familiar with Apple's plans who claimed that the new MacBook Pro will slip into the market on the 22nd.

This is probably true since Apple is already conducting training to its AppleCare support staff for the OS X Mavericks. The support staff will be trained to learn the new Mac's operating system and its new features, installation process, and troubleshooting options for at least six hours over the course of the next few weeks, according to a report from 9to5Mac.
