"The Social Network" screenwriter Aaron Sorkin may bring another good and controversial story from the tech industry to the big screen.

It was reported that Aaron Sorkin received an offer from Sony to write the screenplay of Steve Jobs biopic. The Oscar-winning screenwriter brought us the story of Mark Zuckerberg and Facebook last year that grabbed some recognition from various award-giving bodies.

According to Aaron Sorkin in his interview with E!Online, he is "strongly considering" the biography written by Walter Isaacson. Sony recently acquired the rights to make Isaacson's biography into a movie adaptation.

It is not a surprise that the Apple co-founder's biography will have a Hollywood future as the book was widely embraced by Americans and sold over 379,000 copies in the United States alone.

Currently, Sorkin is still contemplating since it is a huge project that will reflect Steve Jobs' roles as a great entrepreneur, artist and thinker. Sorkin added that his 11-year-old daughter Roxy plays with the Apple devices invented by Steve Jobs.

Sorkin seems to fit the job for making Jobs' biopic after he won an Oscar earlier this year for the Facebook movie, which narrates the story of Facebook and its founder Mark Zuckerberg. Moreover, Sorkin is well-acquainted to Steve Jobs after speaking to him several times.

Despite the popularity of Steve Jobs biography, it is under scrutiny from different Apple insiders. John Gruber is an American journalist knowledgeable of the Cupertino-based company said that Isaacson is unfit to write Steve Jobs' biography as he failed to capture the mystery in Jobs' life and work.

Perhaps, Sorkin can tweak the screenplay to make an elaborative story about the Apple co-founder.

Steve Jobs, the man behind some of the most innovative devices of today, died early October at the age of 56 after years of battling cancer.
