Android 4.4 KitKat and LG Nexus 5 Launches on October 28: 10 Things You Should Know About
October 28 2013 is the "This Is It" day for Android 4.4 KitKat and Nexus 5 launch date as clues have been revealed by Twitter. Owners can now welcome Android's new tandem and the ten features tied on KitKat and Nexus 5.
The sweet treat from Google is coming very soon with Android 4.4 KitKat which tied on the upcoming Nexus 5 smartphone.
Display Screen
Android KitKat has been designed to support latest display screen technologies and unlike before, it allows Nexus 5 to operate a narrow-bezel screen unlike with Nexus 4.

Leaked images found online supported the narrower bezel on the Nexus 5 that makes the screen larger and wider to make room for more widgets and shortcuts.
Display Resolution
One aspect featured on Android KitKat is solving defragmentation issues through display resolution and we may expect support changes later on but not limited to. Nexus 5 allegedly specifications feature a full HD 1080 x 1920 resolution display with True IPS plus technology and 441ppi pixel density.
User Interface
Included to the changes found on Android 4.4 is the user interface and Nexus 5 will run its Vanilla UI version. Several apps such as Downloads, new moving Mosaic wallpaper, balancing font on the alarm, clock and stopwatch, and white theme on the notifications bar icons. New Applications

Leaked images showed that Nexus 5 supports Cloud Print to allow wireless printing of emails, images, documents and more. Another revealed was the Tap & Pay feature which permits wireless payment via NFC connectivity.
