ASUS Devices
ASUS Nexus 7 2013 and 2014 are not the only ones getting Android 4.4 KitKat which mean owners of the latest ASUS devices can expect software upgrades within the first quarter of 2014. Padfone A80 and Padfone A86 are first on the list with possibility on Transformer Pad TF300T due to a custom ROM availability. Hopefully, Fonepad 7 may be included, since it is receiving an Android 4.3 Jelly Bean and hasn't been decided to get "no further upgrades" yet.
HTC One and Droid DNA
HTC One with Sense UI is scheduled to get the official update starting at the end of January along with One Maxx and One Mini. Droid DNA and Butterfly S are also candidates being reviewed by HTC on getting the latest software. Recently, the company decided to drop HTC One X+, One X, One S and One V from the list of devices receiving Android 4.4. The update on these devices ends in Android Jelly Bean version.
Huawei Ascend
Ascend P6 was launched with Android 4.2.2 Jelly Bean and now confirmed on getting Android 4.4 KitKat expected in January. It will get the latest Android features and add-ons such as the company's new Emotion UI. Other improvements include Project UI optimisations, bigger icons, no more widgets on the app drawer, new Hangouts SMS integration, new Email app, new Phone app and lower hardware requirements to run Android.

Some information pointed out that LG is working on the latest Android version and skipping Android Jelly Bean for G2, G Pad 8.3, Optimus F3, F6, F7, G Pro Lite, Optimus L9 2, Vu 2, Vu 3 and G Flex. The company is working hard to push the update very soon, but for owners of Google Play edition devices such as G Pad 8.3, an upgrade to Android 4.4 is already available.
Motorola
Motorola seems to be working on the latest Android 4.4.2 KitKat version on several smartphones including Moto X. Recently, the company announced a list of qualified devices getting the official software upgrade. It includes Moto X, Droid Ultra, Droid Maxx, Droid Mini, Droid RAZR HD, Droid RAZR Maxx HD and Droid RAZR M.
