Anti-LGBT Activitist Attacks Angelina Jolie And Brad Pitt's Parenting Style, Calls It 'Destructive'

Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt’s leniency over their daughter Shiloh’s penchant for boy clothes and being called a boy name does not sit well with an anti-LGBT activist. The activist calls the celebrity couple’s parenting style “dangerous.”

According to Peter LaBarbera of Americans for Truth About Homosexuality, Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt should be criticised not only by those who oppose homosexuality but also by the gay and transgender people themselves. He called out Angelina and Brad’s decision to let Shiloh dress as she wants and support her desire to be called “John” as “destructive" on the conservative talk show of Janet Mefferd. Although he singled out the celebrity parents for accommodating their beautiful daughter’s boyish tendencies, the activist said that all LGBT rights advocates need to apologise to gay and transgender people because they themselves are perpetuating ideas that could ruin the lives of the people they’re supporting.

He said he is already tired of people lobbying for gay rights and now he has to witness a “transgender confusion revolution” as well, citing Bruce Jenner’s “transformation” into a woman as an example. He said that this transformation is the consequences of the ideas spread by the LGBT rights advocates. He also said he saw a girl in her 20s having her healthy breasts removed because she believes herself a man. He blames the girl’s action on the LGBT rights supports as well. "These destructive ideas are ruining people’s lives and yet all we hear is constantly this guilt being foisted on us by the homosexual and the transgender lobby,” he said.

Peter said that he finds it incredulous that these advocates want the anti-LGBT activists to feel guilty when the opposite is more accurate. “Why don’t they feel guilty when a young healthy female has her healthy breasts removed to become so-called a trans-man?” he said. He said that the advocates should feel guilty that their ideas are propelling girls to remove their breasts, which he said could be dangerous. The activitist also said transgenders are practicing “anti-reason thinking,” believing they could be the opposite gender because they “want to.” He used the extreme example of “car” to support his explanation, saying no matter how much he wants to be a car, he cannot be one. He calls this kind of thinking “bizarre.”

Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie's decision to raise Shiloh as freely as possible triggered mixed reactions from fans. When Amber Rose recently tweeted about her admiration of their parenting style and called Shiloh "John" and a "transkid" in the process, E Online reported that she caught some flak over it as well. Some of the commentators think Rose crossed the line by calling Shiloh a transkid, especially since Jolie and Pitt never called their daughter such. Some, however, pin the blame on Jolie and Pitt, saying they should have never allowed her to dress and act like a boy in the first place.
