While Microsoft Surface Pro 5 is one of the most-anticipated upcoming devices, Apple MacBook Pro 2016 will try and be at the top with its equally amazing features and specs. Both will be be ruthless in terms of bringing the best of features to its fan base. Moreover, it’s been quite some time Apple has released a MacBook. Hence, the upcoming device will be packed with blissful features.

Due to the absence of a MacBook for quite some time, users will lap up the device once it’s released. It is expected to break some sales records. The MacBook Pro 2016 will bring some major changes like removing the headphone jack. It’s a risk that Apple has taken for iPhone 7 and it will be interesting to see how the feature fairs in the upcoming MacBook.

Rumours suggest that the MacBook Pro 2016 is coming soon even though Apple has not released any official statement as to its release date, specs and price. As per iTech Post, Apple is surveying its customer base to understand what they would like to see in the MacBook Pro 2016.

It’s in the works and the Cupertino-based company is asking people whether they use the headphone jacks in the existing MacBook models. This indicates that the company is serious about introducing the AirPods to MacBook Pro 2016.

The device may also implement fingerprint logins via its Touch ID functionality that may be available on the touchpad or the power button. A separate fingerprint strip may also be implemented. They could also be an OLED function bar.

In June, Apple spoke about releasing a new version of its operating system, Sierra, that would bring new photo-management features, new messaging, deeper iCloud integration, Siri and more efficient storage to Apple laptops and desktops.

Apple is considering bringing silver, gold and gray colours to its MacBook Pro 2016 line. However, it is unclear whether the coloured Pro laptops will be made available when the new line is released, reported Bloomberg.
