Apple has rechanneled its human resources to ensure that the iOS 7 will be unveiled without delay for the Worldwide Developers Conference on June. As a result, the scheduled release date of the iPhone 5S, the iPhone 6 and the two new iPads will remain on course.

Reports have emerged that the tech giant is running short both of time and talent to finish the supposed major revamp of its latest mobile platform - the iOS 7. Now, the new word is a reinforcement of engineers has been dispatched to double the iOS 7 effort, giving it the needed traction for a June 10 launch via the WWDC.

The team of engineers came originally from Apple's OS X 10.9 poll, according to AllThingsD. The temporary crossover is seen to speed up the new iOS completion since many of the mobile platform features will be extended to Apple's desktop environment.

Apple is upbeat that iOS 7 will make it on time amidst suggestions that too many reconfigurations of the operating system would require longer working hours, thus the need for extension.

However, the tech giant is bent to wrap up the iOS 7 work at the soonest possible time as further delays could possibly hurt its product upgrade cycle this year. Specifically, Apple is avoiding new pushback that would disturb anew the purported release dates of the iPhone 5S, the budget iPhone, the iPad 5 and the iPad Mini 2 this year.

The company would also want to release the rumoured Apple phablet, the 4.8-inch iPhone 6, on time, which is June 2014 or earlier, reports said.

Once completed, according to Gotta Be Mobile, iOS device users will enjoy additional powerful features, mostly composed of the following:

  • Embedded Apple Maps and Siri functions on vehicles
  • Dual-Shot Camera feature similar to that of Samsung's Galaxy S4
  • Support for mobile payments with fingerprint reader for added security
  • iRadio Service - Apple's music subscription offering in tandem with Spotify
  • Closer partnership with Yahoo

The overhaul will also lead to a lean-looking but feature-rich iOS 7 with enhanced notification, calendar and mail functions.
