Apple has released various beta seeds targeting developers on June 11, 2014. This includes OS X 10.9.4 with a build number 13E16, a new version of Safari 6.1.5, and OS X Server 3.2 with a build number 13S5515. It is worth noting that, the first beta version of OS X 10.9.4 was released towards the end of May. Nevertheless, that build did not come with any critical changes in the update, says 9To5Mac.

In addition, the new seed of Safari 6.1.5 contains only bug fixes and improvements. Also, the build 13S5515 is the first seed of OS X Server 3.2, which expects OS X 10.9.4 Mavericks to be installed.

Apple's release notes pertaining to Safari 6.1.5 seed recommends testers to focus on general website and extension compatibility. In general, Apple recommends developers to focus on Safari, Bluetooth, Audio Drivers, Finder and the App Store.

Interested Mac developers who are registered with Apple should be able to get all of these software releases from the Mac Developer Center. However, AppleSeed members might have to wait longer, says 9to5mac.

It is worth mentioning that, the code pertaining to the May seed release of Mavericks maintenance update contained product identifiers of unannounced Apple iMac models. This includes iMac identifiers "iMac15,1" and "iMac15,n." As Apple Insider put is, these identifiers suggest that Apple might be launching two next-generation devices shortly. Notably, the currently available iMac models hold the following identifiers "iMac14,1," "iMac14,2," and "iMac14,3."

According to MacRumors (via BGR), Apple will be updating its iMac line of devices next week. If the reports were true, the upcoming iMac models will not sport Retina displays. Nevertheless, the new models will get a hardware boost, Thunderbolt 2 ports and reduced price.

To be specific, the upcoming iMacs will get a processor speed boost of 100MHz. In addition, the iMacs will be powered by Intel's recently launched processors. This includes the 3.3 GHZ i5-4690, the 3.5 GHz i5-4690, and 3.6 GHz i7-4790 for the 27 inches model; in addition to the 3.0 GHz i5-4590S and 3.2 GHz i5-4790S for the 21.5 inches model. In addition, ferreting through the code of the recently released OS X Yosemite revealed that Apple could be launching its Retina iMacs later this year, says BGR.
