Xbox One and PS4 players may have to wait a little longer to get their fix of the next-gen only "Assassin's Creed Unity." It seems that Ubisoft is pushing back the release date of another one of its title, though unlike "Watch Dogs," "Assassin's Creed Unity" will only be delayed for two weeks.

This means that it will now have a Nov. 13 release date, which is the same as the expected AC title for last-gen consoles, "Assassin's Creed Rogue." According to Metro, which has received a press release on the delay, Ubisoft is doing this in order to ensure that the expected quality of the game is met for fans.

One particular detail to take note of is that the new release date for "Assassin's Creed Unity" will add to a ton of game releases for the same week, which could be a make or break deal for the title in terms of immediate sales.

In any case, at least fans who are looking forward to the title will not have to wait until 2015 to get their hands on the game.

'Assassin's Creed Unity' Burning Questions Answered

Apart from the delayed release date, the creative director for "Assassin's Creed Unity," Alex Amancio, also held a Q&A over Twitter to give fans a chance to ask some questions regarding the title.

During the discussion, a couple of new information surfaced about the next-gen game. Load the Game has gathered these new details, one of which is about the co-op and single-player modes. It seems that the single-player mode will focus on Arno's question for redemption while Brotherhood missions involving the French revolution will be all for co-op.

"Assassin's Creed Unity" will also mark a departure from the way the modern segment of the title will be played out. While Amancio did not delve into details, it does point to the fact that "Assassin's Creed Unity" is the beginning of a new cycle, which could be the reason for the change.

'Assassin's Creed Rogue' Details Surface

"Assassin's Creed Unity" is not the only one getting more details, as "Assassin's Creed Rogue" was also discussed by producer Ivan Balabanov. DualShockers got the list of new tidbits straight from the producer.

Some of the new details include a hark to old protagonists by way of artifacts being present in the new title, a variety of outfits for hero Shay and an introduction of new weapons for this iteration.

Also, the source reports that while the naval experience will obtain more features, underwater diving, as seen in "Assassin's Creed IV: Black Flag" will not be an option. Side missions, on the other hand, will be more of a Templar experience and the Seven Years' War that relates "Assassin's Creed Rogue" to "Assassin's Creed Unity."
