Aussie rapper Iggy Azalea loves her body; criticises Schön! Magazine for photoshopping her topless photo
Schön! Magazine is facing heat after it supposedly photoshopped Iggy Azalea’s topless photo to make her look skinnier. The Australian rapper has lashed out at the swanky fashion magazine saying that she is happy the way her body is and that she prefers her body that way.
The 25-year-old rapper posed topless in a see-through gown for the fashion magazine in an attempt to relaunch her career after a breakdown. Azalea took to Twitter to post the original image and the heavily photoshopped one.
“Love it, but I much prefer the picture before they photoshopped my thighs and hips to seem skinnier,” Azalea wrote after one of her fans called the photo Azalea’s “best shoot by far.”

Fans asked Azalea the reason for photoshopping the image, after she shared the original.
“No clue — but I’m very happy with my body the size it is and prefer it that way,” she replied.
The magazine also enhanced Azalea’s face and removed her belly button. Azalea also disputed the quotes she gave to Schön! Magazine about her struggles to cope with the limelight.
Azalea told the magazine that previously she felt stressed out and tired. However, now she has renewed her energy. The musician defended her quotes saying she is a bit of an exaggerator and that her meltdown was not at all psychotic.
Azalea also came up with a scathing tweet where she pointed out peoples’ lack of understanding about and emotional breakdown and a mental disorder.
“I think it can get a bit claustrophobic — this whole gossip thing that we have in the entertainment industry. It almost reminds me of a soap opera. It’s like other people write your narrative for the soap opera and it is your real life and you might not want to have that storyline,” Azalea explained.
The Aussie rapper was forced to quit a 2015 tour after she apparently suffered a “psychotic breakdown,” writes The Sydney Morning Herald. Azalea had planned to go big with her “The Great Escape” Tour last northern spring. However, all dates had to be postponed until northern autumn. Eventually, the rapper had to cancel the tour altogether.
She apologised to her fans on Twitter for cancelling the shows and also declared she needed a break as she was extremely exhausted.
“I've been going non-stop for the past two years, nearly every single day... (It's) very emotionally draining to be on all the time and going all the time, planning all the time. It's a lot, and it's tough,” Azalea had told Seventeen magazine earlier.
