'Avengers: Age of Ultron': Jeremy Renner Suits Up As Hawkeye In New Poster, Possiblities Of Solo Movie Revealed
An individual poster of Hawkeye from “Avengers: Age of Ultron” has been revealed. Jeremy Renner who plays the part released his poster on his Twitter page. In the character poster, Jeremy can be seen in Hawkeye’s suit and seems to be carrying his bow and arrow. He appears to be aiming at someone with his weapon as a robot can be seen flying in the background.
Hawkeye’s poster has come after five character posters of others actors were revealed. Till date posters of Robert Downey Jr. as Iron Man, Mark Ruffalo as Hulk, Scarlett Johansson as Black Widow, Chris Hemsworth as Thor and Samuel L. Jackson as Nick Fury has been revealed.
According to comic books, Hawkeye is a grand archer and is a member of the Avengers team. He is a superb athlete and has boosted vision. Stan Lee and artist Don Heck have created the character of Hawkeye. He first made an appearance in Tales of Suspense #57.
Meanwhile, Jeremy also spoke about “Avengers: Age of Ultron” in his recent interview with Yahoo! Movies UK. The actor said that there are a lot of “nice intimate” and “grounded” moments in the film. He also added that he hopes that “Avengers: Age of Ultron” does well so that it can pave a way for “Avengers: 3.” When asked about his solo movie, Jeremy said the possibility is far away “in the future.” “We just make the best movie we can now, and if Avengers 3 rolls around, and people want to see that, then that happens. If there’s anything else that happens, that’s not really for any one person to determine,” he added.
Jeremy did not reveal any details about his character's storyline in “Avengers: Age of Ultron.” In “The Avengers” Hawkeye spent most of his time under Loki’s evil curse. It remains to see how will his character grow in “Avengers: Age of Ultron.” The film is directed by Joss Whedon and is scheduled to be released on May 1, 2015. The film is produced by Marvel Studios and is distributed by Walt Disney Studious Motion Picture. The film will release in 3D and IMAX 3D.
