Fans of the franchise have been eagerly waiting for the trailer of “Batman vs. Superman: Dawn of Justice.” Zack Snyder released this video of the teaser trailer online, on his official Twitter page.
The teaser trailer only shows the costumes of the two superheroes in the movie. Ben Affleck and Henry Cavill do not feature in the video. The video does announce that the full trailer of the movie will be released on April 20.
Commenting on the video, fans of the franchise expressed their excitement about watching the teaser and getting to see the full trailer soon. Some of the fans were happy to see that Zack Snyder “finally” decided to share a teaser.
Fans of the franchise were able to get more detailed teaser trailer at a Comic Con event in 2014. That video has still not been officially released by the producers, but the video can be seen by searching on popular social media websites like YouTube.
The videos that are circulating on the internet show a clip from “Batman vs. Superman: Dawn of Justice.” The video features Ben Affleck in his Batsuit, fixing the Bat Signal on a rainy night. The light from the Bat Signal reveals Superman floating in the air.
Superman has red gleaming eyes and he may be preparing to use his laser powers on his enemy in the movie. Batman is seen wearing what appear to be night goggles that glow in the dark.
It is still unclear if the clip shown at the comic con event will feature in “Batman vs. Superman: Dawn of Justice” or be a part on the upcoming full trailer. Fans of the franchise are still speculating as to why the two superheroes will end up as rivals in the movie.
“Batman vs. Superman: Dawn of Justice” will also feature the archenemy of Clark Kent, Lex Luthor. The role of criminal mastermind will be played by Jesse Eisenberg in the movie.
