Katie Holmes is taking it on extreme measures as she demands an "ironclad" clause in her divorce settlement.

In the divorce settlement that Katie battles hard to push, Suri will be prevented from participating anything that is Scientology related. The newly single mom made it clear that she doesn't want her daughter to attend any Scientology parties or anything related to the church.

New reports claim that the 32-year-old actress rapidly concluded the divorce settlement in mere eleven days after she filed for divorce from Tom Cruise. Katie is thought to have one objective, to have full sole custody to her only daughter, Suri.

"Under terms of the settlement, Suri isn't permitted to be exposed to anything Scientology-related, and this includes going to any Scientology churches, parties, etc. Katie made sure that this was ironclad in the agreement," a source revealed on Radar Online.

And unlike Tom's children, Connor and Isabella, Suri will not attend a Scientology school. Katie is believed to have enrolled her 6-year-old daughter to a top New York private school to continue her education after being home schooled.

According to Marty Rathbun, a former auditor of the Church of Scientology, he believes that the "Mission Impossible" actor was rushed to agree on the settlement for the sake of his church. Rathbun has worked with Cruise for several years after he left and became the church's biggest critic.

"I think that Tom Cruise chose his religion over his daughter Suri, and I also think that David Miscavige (Church leader) pressured Cruise to settle the divorce quickly," Rathbun said.

Katie and Tom made no comment regarding their settlement yesterday; instead they released a joint statement about their commitment to their daughter Suri.

"We are committed to working together as parents to accomplish what is in our daughter Suri's best interests. We want to keep matters affecting our family private and express our respect for each other's commitment to each of our respective beliefs and support each other's roles as parents," their statement said.
