Everyone knows it’s already summer when Big Brother is already going to air. For those who have been anticipating, it is just a week away before a new batch of houseguests move into Big Brother’s house and hope to get popular enough to get votes to win that $500,000 prize.
The show has just brought in four housemates from “Big Brother 18” and one from “Big Brother: Over the Top,” but they are not done yet. While a lucky few were given the rare opportunity to play the game for another time, “Big Brother 19” has mixed things up like it always does. The 16 new houseguests have been revealed, and none of them are returning ones; however, they are still interesting personalities who are expected to form alliances, pull off tasks and even get romantically involved with another housemate.
CNN has featured the names of the new housemates and what you should know about them. Christmas Abbott, 35, from Lynchburg, Virginia is a fitness superstar. Matthew Clines, 33, from Arlington, Virginia is a renovation consultant. Dominic Cooper, 31, from Alabama is a government engineer. Texas' Elena Davis, who will be turning 27 soon, is a radio personality. Jason Dent, who will be turning 38, is a rodeo clown from Humeston, Iowa.
Jessica Graf, 26, from Cranston Rhode Island is a VIP concierge. Cameron Heard who will be turning 25, is a microbiologist from North Aurora, Illinois. Mark Jansen, 26, is a New York personal trainer. Megan Lowder, 28, is a dog walker. Josh Martinez from Miami, Florida is a hair care sales person. Cody Nickson from Lake Mills, Iowa is a construction sales representative.
Alex Ow, 28, is an eco-friendly marketing representative. Jillian Parker, 24, is a timeshare sales representative. Kevin Schlehuber, who will be turning 56, is a stay-at-home dad from Boston, Massachusetts. Ramses Sotto, 21, is a cosplay artist. Lastly, Raven Walton, from DeVall’s Bluff, Arkansas is a 23-year-old dance teacher.
Now that these colourful personalities from different age brackets, jobs and races have been revealed, viewers are about to see how all of them get together or go against each other as they spend time with at Big Brother’s house. “Big Brother 19” airs June 28 on CBS in the US.
