It’s nominations night once more, and most of the original Halfway housemates are back in the poorer side of the house! Proving that no one is safe from the eviction nomination, even lovable Ben, who had zero points in the first week, didn’t escape the notice of his housemates on this fateful Monday night.

Ed, who won the Showdown for the week, was given the nomination Sounding Out superpower, which allowed him to listen to three of the housemates in the nomination booth.

He chose to listen to Xavier, Drew, and Tim’s nomination choices.

Tim probably said it the best when he nominated Tully (he even looked behind to let Tully know his true feelings!).

“I think she thinks this is a game of mean girls and she needs to control all the place and understand everything that’s going on. And this isn’t high school,” Tim declared. “And she’s treating people bad in terms of not letting people be themselves.”

He continued passionately, “And she thinks she’s all rock and roll but rock and roll isn’t about attitude. It’s about believing in yourself and having the confidence to stand out from the group and I’m calling her out from the group this week.”

Tahan and Tully tied for the most nominations with 12 points each, followed by Ben and Xavier at 11 each. Rohan was fifth with 9 points, and Mikkayla and Matthew with 7 each. Since there was only one spot left, it was up to Tahan and Tully, both being the bearer of most nominations, to decide who they want to nominate between their original Halfway housemates, Mikkayla and Matthew.

Tully declared upfront that she wasn’t picking Matt, so Tahan had no choice but to choose Mikkayla, the very same person she saved last week from the Halfway house.

The nominees – Tahan, Tully, Ben, Xavier, Rohan, and Mikkayla – shouldn’t get too comfortable in the Halfway house, though. Just as Big Brother had done the week before, the line-up isn’t final yet. One of them will swap places with one of the housemates from the Safe house, which means that person is guaranteed one more week in the house.

And yes, Tully, as expected, sulked once more now that she’s back in the Halfway house.

Here are the nominations tally:
Jade – Ben (3), Tahan (2)
Tully – Rohan (3), Xavier (2)
Mikkayla – Matthew (3), Xavier (2)
Xavier – Tully (3), Ben (2)
Ben – Tahan (3), Matthew (2)
Drew – Ben (2), Xavier (3)
Rohan – Tahan (1), Tully (4)
Jasmin – Jade (3), Matthew (2)
Heidi – Tahan (3), Xavier (2)
Caleb – Mikkayla (3), Ben (2)
Katie & Lucy – Tahan (3), Tully (2)
Tahan – Ben (2), Katie & Lucy (3)
Matthew – Rohan (3), Mikkayla (2)
Tim – Xavier (2), Tully (3)
Ed – Rohan (3), Mikkayla (2)

Fearless prediction: It’s Tully’s time to go next. The social media strategist is not the most popular on social media right now. In fact, a lot of people who commented on the official Big Brother Facebook page have had enough of Tully’s tantrums and unwilling to play the game, even calling her a sook!

But again, Rohan hasn’t exactly charmed the viewers. People were put off by his aggressiveness right from the start. His refusal to submerge into the ice-cold bath tub with Tahan in the diary room didn’t help him attract supporters as well.

Still, if she isn’t swapped with another housemate from the Safe house, it’s most probably Tully to be evicted in the end.

Meanwhile, love isn’t definitely in the air for Jade and Ed. After mustering the courage to kiss Ed once before the eviction announcement and another time when they were alone in the Safe house bedroom, Jade was “dumped.” Ed just wasn’t into her. The hunky sports manager confided to Heidi that Jade wasn’t his type.

But at least he told Jade his real feelings. He stuttered a bit to spare Jade’s feelings, but at least he was honest. The 23-year-old barmaid from Ballina got the idea, though, saying that it felt like being dumped.

Ouch!

Now it looks like Jade is back to flirting with her fake ex-husband Drew. Or could it be that Jade just sees the 24-year-old university student as a safe flirting target?

So would there be a JadEd at the end or would Drade go all the way through?
