The plot behind Bill Cosby’s sexual abuse allegations thickens. Documents dated 2005 have now been unveiled to show that the legendary comedian himself admitted that he secured quaaludes with the intention of drugging young women he desired to have sex with, with some women actually being drugged by him.

The Associated Press reported that there were new documents showing that Cosby himself admitted to using drugs to lure women he wanted to have sex with. The documents showed Cosby lawyers’ defending the comedian by insisting the women were aware that they were taking quaaludes from the comedian.

In the disposition, which was taken when a Temple University employee sued the actor comedian, Cosby allegedly confirmed that he obtained drugs "with the intent of giving them to young women he wanted to have sex with. The AP report also provided that he testified he gave her three half-pills of Benadryl."

The unveiling of these documents serve to counter Cosby’s efforts to discredit all his accusers by getting the help of a public relations team. For his part, Cosby never answered clearly when questions and allegations are thrown at him directly.

Before these documents were unsealed for the public, Cosby’s camp fought tooth and nail to prevent the documents from being revealed. Last month, Cosby’s lawyer, George M. Gowen III said that it is not right for Associated Press to unseal motions for a lawsuit he settled with the previous Temple University employee. According to the lawyer, the documents can damage Cosby because it can publicise the comedian’s marriage, sex life as well as prescription drug use. The lawyer added that the public should not really have access to these details, especially since Cosby was just forced to say them as he was under oath from the accuser’s lawyer. Moreover, the case took place almost a decade ago already.

Moreover, not only would he be damaged in the eyes of the public, ti would also “prejudice him in the eyes of the jury pool in Massachusetts,” the lawyer said. US District Judge Eduardo Robreno however asked why the comedian would be “embarrassed by his own version of the facts.” Robreno also added that all cases involving sex and drugs would certainly have an embarrassing note to them.
