The Nokia Lumia 720 runs on Microsoft Windows Phone 8 (upgradeable to v8.1), while the BlackBerry Z3 runs on BlackBerry v10.2.1 OS. Both phones come equipped with Wi-Fi 802.11 and microUSB support. However, the difference comes in the form of Bluetooth, the version supported by Lumia handset is v3.0, while that of BlackBerry is v4.0. In addition, both phones come equipped with micro-SIM support.
