‘The Bold And The Beautiful’ spoilers for Jan. 30: Katie locks horns with Quinn; Steffy and Liam steps up their wedding plans

It’s going to be one-tense filled day as “The Bold and Beautiful” (“B&B”) opens the week. On Monday, Katie (Heather Tom) and Quinn (Rena Sofer) get involved in a heated encounter about Ridge (Thorsten Kaye). Spoilers suggest that Katie interrogates the two after witnessing an intimate scene between them.

Quinn certainly won’t appreciate all the probing questions thrown at her, while Ridge asks Katie to back off. Quinn and Ridge’s behaviour will make Katie even more intrigued about what’s going on and may stir the pot among the Forresters. Other “The Bold and the Beautiful” characters who will figure prominently on the Jan. 30 installment include Steffy (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) and Liam (Scott Clifton).

TV Guide reports that on Monday’s episode of “B&B,” Steffy and Liam look back at their previous weddings as they gear up for their own big day. Meanwhile, Ridge and Katie get into a heated exchange about their dealings with Quinn. The show’s official YouTube channel posted a preview video for the Jan. 30 episode. It features scenes with Quinn, Ridge, Katie, Steffy and Liam.

On the first scene, Quinn tells Katie, “I’m not about to stand here and be questioned by you in my own home.” Later, Katie explains to Ridge her side. “I just want you to be careful. I want you to keep your distance from Quinn,” she says. Elsewhere, Steffy lets Liam know that she’s confident about their relationship. “I’m not so insecure that I need to be the only woman that you’ve ever loved,” she claims, “because when you look at me I know that I’m the centre of your world.”

Last week, Ridge and Quinn spent another time alone, since Eric (John McCook) went away for a business trip. Ridge fixes Quinn a drink and toasted to Eric’s safe travels. They talked about the possibility that he would be co-CEO, and he thanked Quinn for it. The two continued having a flirty banter. Ecstatic that he’ll get the position that he wanted, he picked Quinn up and spun her around. Katie arrived and wondered, “ Am I interrupting something?”

Meanwhile, Wyatt and Liam sat down for a heart-to-heart talk. Wyatt admitted that he finally accepted ending his marriage was the only option for everyone. He also said that he wants his brother back, and the two shared a hug. Later, Liam shared with Steffy what happened. Feeling happy that he mended fences with Wyatt, Liam brought out an engagement ring and asked Steffy to be his wife. She cried, “Of course!”
