Brock Lesnar's return a big buzz in the MMA arena
The heavy weight champion Brock Lesnar is expected to make a comeback to the Octagon following his recent withdrawal in 2011. Rumors have been buzzing since UFC 181 but none has ever gone to fruition. Brock Lesnar is currently nearing the end of his WWE contract. There are speculations that after the expiration of his contract, a high probability of his comeback seems fitting and realistically possible.
Rousey's strong words for Justina Cyborg
Ronda Rousey called out Chris Justina Cyborg in a media interview resulting in a comment of her allegedly steroid use and a withering condemnation by Rousey that the Cyborg's appearance on MMA is bad for the sport. Stating further that MMA needs a real champion. Justina countered by stating that her arrogant chest beating needs to be proven in the octagon, challenging Rousey to a bout coming down at an acceptable 140 lbs. It is not unheard of that both fighters aren't exactly fond of each other and both are pretty much eager to prove themselves in a fight.
Vitor Belfort cleared, passed drug test
After suffering through a random drug testing by the NSAC, the widely famed Vitor Belfort has passed both the urine and blood test. The test springs from the conditional license requirement entered in to by Belfort with the NSAC that he is required to submit periodically samples of his blood and urine for the duration of his career.
