Fans have to wait a little longer as the release of the pocket edition of Minecraft was delayed by bugs.

The highly-anticipated Minecraft PE is nowhere to be found in the Android market on Thursday, which is the supposed release of Minecraft. One of the game developers, Daniel Kaplan, tweeted a bad news for crafters.

Mr. Kaplan tweeted "Yikes!! We found a nasty bug in Minecraft - Pocket Edition that needs to be fixed before release! Im not sure it will come out today L".

He followed the tweet with "Minecraft - PE will work on Android 2.2+ but cant promise it will in the future since we are going to add new stuff all the time! We will update the Demo of Minecraft - PE so you can try it out before you buy. But I would recommend a 1ghz+ phone with fast gpu."

Nevertheless, the demo for the Minecraft PE is still available to know if your devices are compatible with the game format.

Hopefuls prayed that the Minecraft Pocket Edition will not be delayed too much.
