Ready for a new "Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare" gameplay trailer? Sledgehammer Games has treated fans to another official gameplay video ahead of the tittle's launch on Nov. 4.
Spotted by Greengamers, the video showcases the futuristic storyline, which now also has a few more details. Apart from seeing Kevin Spacey play Jonathan Irons, the charismatic and ambitious leader of Atlas, the private military corporation, the new trailer also shows off some gameplay scenes for "Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare."
Check out the video below to see some of the action that effectively blurs the lines of cinema and gaming. You can also see some of the exosuit in a bit of action, such as jumping trough buildings and flying from place to place.
Xbox One Multiplayer To Run 900p/60fps
With "Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare" aimed for launch this November, tests are already being conducted by various sources to see what the title has to offer. According to Attack of the Fanboy, the Xbox One multiplayer of the tittle may be running at 900p/60fps resolution.
This is based on what has been showcased at gaming events EGX and Gamescom. This also showcases the jump that has been made for the Xbox One version, from what has been previously known as a struggle below the 900p mark to a smoother experience, in the most recent report.
What this brings to the multiplayer angle of the title is the important fact that there will be very minimal frame drops for players on the Xbox One, even when it comes to playing multiplayer. Though developer Sledgehammer Games has not yet given the go signal on any numbers, the tests that have been conducted appear to point to a smooth experience for the Xbox One.
Dedicated Servers Coming for 'Advanced Warfare'
For an even smoother multiplayer experience, the developer of "Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare" has also confirmed that the game will be supported by dedicated servers. Segment Next reports that the confirmation still requires details, such as which platforms will have the servers, and which servers will be used in which areas.
This will be a great step in putting "Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare" toward the path of eSports. Sledgehammer Games has been planning to make "Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare" a platform for eSports, though there have been no details given yet as to how the developer is planning to make this happen.
