‘Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare’ vs. ‘Titanfall’: Teasers for New COD Future Tech and ‘Titanfall’ at E3 2014
Before E3 2014 officially kicks off on June 6, more details about "Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare" will come by June 5 via the latest issue of Edge magazine.
These will include exclusive scoops with the team behind the newest COD installment, as a teaser before the expected showcase of the game the next day at the Los Angeles tradeshow event.
As a sneak peek to what will be coming from in the exclusive interview, Edge hints that a couple of topics that will be touched on includes the new technology that will be used for "Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare." Given that it's a next-gen first game, some of the technology that will go into production includes those that were used in the production of "Avatar 2" from director James Cameron.

Weapon talks will also be at the forefront, seeing as how the battle will take place in the future, and will include more than just your average guns and grenades. It even goes beyond just the look and feel, as the sounds have also been designed to fit the quality of next-gen gaming.
Lastly, despite the focus on the trigger-happy aspect of war games, "Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare" may also be looking at the truth behind meaningful storytelling, perhaps so the single-player campaign would be more compelling than the more recent COD installments brought to the table.
Respawn's Plans for "Titanfall" at the E3 2014
Things may be quiet over at Respawn Entertainment, the developer of "Titanfall," but this may be the quiet before the bang of the storm, which will happen during the E3 2014.
While players are currently enjoying the Expedition DLC for the title, the developers' last words regarding the E3 2014 is that "Titanfall" players can have a firsthand demo and hands-on of the new game mode and features coming to the game. Attendees also stand a chance to win exclusive Burn Card Packs that can be tokens for "Titanfall" prizes.
For those who won't be able to attend the event can still catch some action online via the official Facebook or Twitter accounts of "Titanfall." The prize list includes Burn Card packs and t-shirts, as well as a look at behind-the-scenes at the show floor.
The "Titanfall" activities will run from June 10 to 12. The complete schedule can be seen here, but the main event is the opening of the EA and Nvidia Booths and the Titanfall ProAm competitive rounds kick off, happening during all the three days.
