"Call of Duty: Black Ops 3" from Treyarch will be released on Nov. 6. Activision

“Call of Duty: Black Ops 3” players will do well to stick with the rules of using emblem designs. Developer Treyarch has already started handing down bans for offensive use of the feature.

The developer does not appear to be happy with the use of terrorist-related designs, phallic symbols and the like as part of the custom design. While creativity is a much-valued feature in creating a unique deign to make players standout, using such crude designs will result in bans from the using the custom paint jobs and emblems feature in multiplayer, Gearnuke reported.

Players will know that they are banned from using the features via an error message following the use of the offensive design. This is not the first time that bans related to the feature has been laid down. Previous “Black Ops” iterations also saw a similar ban in place.
