Calvin Harris Ready To Introduce New Girlfriend Taylor Swift To His Parents

Calvin Harris is reportedly already excited to have his parents meet his new girlfriend Taylor Swift. According to a source, the DJ has even already made venue preparations for the said meeting.

According to UK’s OK Magazine, the new couple Taylor Swift and Calvin Harris look like they are ready to take their relationship to the next level. The publication cited a source who told the Daily Star that Calvin is preparing to introduce the singer to his parents. "Calvin has hired the private dining room in the Ubiquitous Chip restaurant for the meeting," the source said.

Taylor Swift reportedly also has the same idea in mind. The insider added that the country singer also has plans of introducing her Scottish boyfriend to her parents starting off with her mother, Andrea. According to the publication, Taylor has plans of having her mother fly out to the U.K. soon so she could meet Calvin Harris. “Taylor’s mum Andrea is also hoping to fly over between treatments for her cancer,” the source added.

Another source claimed Calvin Harris is “really taken” with Taylor Swift despite previously admitting that she is not his type. The insider told Mirror UK that they really connected during the 2015 Brit Awards in February. Since then they have been spotted out together and has recently only confirmed they are dating when Calvin Harris escorted Taylor to the recent Billboard Music Awards.

They reportedly make a great couple although it’s still too early to tell where their relationship is headed. The source claimed Taylor and Calvin are still getting to know each other.

As to what attracted the 24-year-old “Blank Space” singer to the 31-year-old DJ, the source claimed it’s his ability to be “serious but also very goofy at the same time.” “She really likes that combination,” the source said.

Despite having been seen together several times holding hands and enjoying romantic dates, Taylor Swift and Calvin Harris have yet to verbally confirm their relationship status. Taylor has so far only shared a photo of the DJ on her Instagram page as her way of personally telling the public that they are indeed together.
