It is the controversial movie scene that gives a whole new meaning to eyes wide shut. Australian actress Nicole Kidman admits that she actually urinated on Hollywood heartthrob Zac Efron's face in their new film "The Paperboy" as the director, Lee Daniels, has asked. There is really no easy way to describe what Kidman did as part of a graphic scene for her latest movie making it a hot topic at the Cannes Film Festival. However, it turns out that Kidman and Efron are method actors.

While heavily promoting the low-budget murder drama at Cannes in which she plays a trailer trash vixen, Kidman admitted to the media that she did all her own stunts while filming with the young heartthrob actor and the scene was done for real. "Yes, I did the scene. That was what Lee wanted. It was in the script. And it's pretty out there. I mean I love Zac. He's such a great guy and let me just say I am glad it was him. I feel safe with Zac and hopefully he feels safe with me," the actress revealed.

In the scene that has everyone fired up, Efron's character is stung in the face by a jellyfish. A group of nurses suggest that urine will help to ease the pain. It was afterwards that Kidman's character piped up saying that: "If anyone is gonna piss on him, it's gonna be me!"

Although Michael Haneke's dementia drama took the top award at Cannes, Kidman's pee scenario was the talk of the festival. She portrays a trailer trash named Barbie in Lee Daniel's adaption of Pete Dexter's steamy crime thriller. Although critics have been less than kind about the movie, they have raved about her performance. One reporter asked Kidman if this film marks her comeback as an actress. "I don't have a premeditated agenda, that's just not my nature in life," Kidman replied.
