The Lenovo IdeaPad Tablet K1 is a 10.1 inch tablet that has a NVIDIA Tegra 2 Dual-Core ARM Cortex-A9 1.0Ghz processor, 1Gb RAM, 1280x800 widescreen LCD touchscreen display and 32 Gb onboard storage. It has 512Mb RAM and 16Gb onboard storage capacity. The K1 has Wi-Fi connectivity and Bluetooth support as well as a MicroSD card reader for a bigger memory. It has a 2 megapixel front camera and 5 megapixel rear facing camera. The Lenovo IdeaPad K1 comes with Android 3.1 operating system. The K1 has a base price of $549. Lenovo is offering it for $375 on its website but Best Buy has the better deal and is offering it for $319.99
Dell Streak 7
The Dell Streak 7 tablet has a powerful 1Ghz dual-core Tegra T20 processor, 7 inch Gorilla Glass touchscreen with 800x480 resolution. The Streak 7 has a 1.3 megapixel front facing camera, 5 megapixel rear facing camera and 4G HSPA connectivity. The tablet runs on Android 2.2 with Dell's Stage UI but you can upgrade it to Honeycomb operating system if you want. The Streak costs $299 for the model with Wi-Fi and $399 for the model with Wi-Fi and 4G connectivity. Amazon is offering the Wi-Fi model for $265.
Acer Iconia Tab A500
Acer Iconia Tab A500 has a 10.1 inch touchscreen with 1280x800 WGA resolution display. It has a Nvidia Tegra 2 1Ghz dual core processor, 1Gb RAM and 32 Gb of onboard storage with microSD support for expansion purposes. The A500 tablet has a built-in 2 megapixel front facing camera and 5 megapixel rear facing camera. It runs Android 3.0 Honeycomb operating system. It has Wi-Fi and 3G connectivity for Web browsing and video streaming. Available for $382 from Amazon for Cyber Monday.
BlackBerry PlayBook
BlackBerry PlayBook runs RIM's new OS called the QNX which can be confusing to new users but buyers shouldn't be put off since RIM slashed the price of this tablet to just $199. The specs are also enough to attract interest, the PlayBook has a dual-core 1Ghz processor, 1Gb RAM, 16Gb on-board storage and a 7 inch LCD touchscreen with a 1024x 600 resolution. It has two cameras, a 3 megapixel front facing- camera and a 5 megapixel rear-facing camera. Wi-Fi connectivity and 3G network access round out the features of this tablet. Staples is still offering the 16Gb version for $199.

Toshiba Thrive is a 10.1 inch tablet that acts like a laptop. It has full sized USB and HDMI ports, SD card slot and removable battery that you can find in most laptops. It has a 1Ghz dual core processor, 1 GB RAM, and a 1280x800 screen resolution. The Thrive runs the Android Honeycomb operating system. Get the 16 Gb version on Amazon for $374
