"Days Of Our Lives" soap recap
In the previous episode, Chad thanked Gabi for helping him intervene between Deimos and Andre during the two men’s intense argument. Gabi expressed her worries that someone might get hurt, but Chad asked her to back off from the situation. At home, Chad told Abby about meeting Gabi. Abby then overheard Chad talking to Sonny about meeting up. Meanwhile, Gabi saw Dario at Mandalay. She tried to plead with him to stop whatever he’s doing, but Dario ordered her to stay out of it. Later, Abby and Gabi bumped into each other as they tried to spy on their respective loved ones.
Meanwhile, the police knocked on Eric’s (Greg Vaughan) door, and he hid Hope (Kristian Alfonso) before letting them in. The cops asked if he has seen Hope and Eric lied, saying he assumed she was still in jail. When the police left, Eric told Hope that he sent an encrypted email to Shawn supposedly from her, saying that she’s safe. Eric then recounted his story, sharing that he helped a suicidal woman who was about to jump off a psychiatric ward. In return, Eric received pardon, freeing him from prison.
In Prague, Rafe (Galen Gering) and Paul (Christopher Sean) discovered that the key they found opened a safe deposit box that belongs to a certain Serge Anatol, one of Stefano's (Joseph Mascolo) aliases. The box contained bank statements and a chess piece, as well as property deeds, which were named under Stefano’s different alias.
