The Voice Australia coach Delta Goodrem has been in plenty of Aussie entertainment news lately, thanks to the popularity of the country's favorite singing competition today.

Goodrem, 27, is a Sydney woman, born and bred. She signed to Sony when she was 15 and gained fame for her album Innocent Eyes, which is one of the most successful albums in Aussie music history. Goodrem recently performed "Born to Try," one of the tracks from her multi-platinum album, on The Voice stage with the show's contestants.

The Voice premiered on Channel Nine on April 15, 2012. Since then, Goodrem has granted several interviews about her job on the singing show, the criticisms hurled against her, and her past relationships. In less than two months, Goodrem has also graced the cover of Vogue and released her new single, "Sitting on Top of the World."

Goodrem recently figured in an awkward camera-caught disagreement with Seal. The "Kiss on a Rose" singer had asked Delta to sit down during a live broadcast, after she interrupted what he was saying about a contestant.

Below is a compilation on quotes from the only female coach in Australia's The Voice. These are her answers in separate interviews she has granted since The Voice's premiere.

On being single again

"I have so much love to give that it's hard for me to say [no]. I'm very affectionate and so I'm just happy to be single and meeting different people and just enjoying being a 27-year-old." Source: Vogue Australia

On Brian McFadden

"There is so much I'd like to say. I was really unhappy and I didn't know how to get out. I learned. I got there in the end. I feel like it's a totally different chapter; I feel like I'm back to being me again." Source: Vogue Australia

On allegations that she stole Arcade Fire's music

"I hadn't heard of (Rebellion (Lies)) until that moment and then I checked it out and was blown away. They're incredible. I think the whole thing was a bit of a storm in a teacup." Source: "Confidential"

On being an "expensive piece of tinsel decorating the coaches"

"People forget how long I have been around... I have been around since I was a kid. I have weathered many different storms and I know who I am and my friends know who I really am. I'm only here with the best intentions. I love music, I love the other artists. I'm thankful for what comes my way." Source: SMH

Channel Nine's 60 Minutes is airing an interview with Delta Goodrem on Sunday evening in Australia.
