"Destiny" players will supposedly be happy with the release of "The Dark Below" DLC. Few may not be willing to pay for the expansion, but it will reportedly also feature free contents for players to use.

Cinemablend listed down some of the freebies that will be featured in the upcoming "Destiny" DLC. "The Dark Below" will supposedly allow gamers access to new bounties daily. Writer Pete Hass claimed there will be an additional five slots for bounties, which would bring the total to ten. The extra slots will make supposedly make it easier for gamers to handle long-term goals for both Strikes and Crucible matches.

Aside from the bounties, "Destiny" players will reportedly also be utilising new weapons for free. "The Dark Below" DLC will feature both the Legendary and Exotic gear.

Bungie once described the Exotic weapon as "prized possessions." On its weekly update, the developers wrote, "We promised to make all of your Exotics worth the price of ownership and you should expect to hear more about how they'll continue to be prized possessions in the short term future."

The Exotics will reportedly be a good reward for gamers who have completed difficult challenges in "Destiny," such as raids. These weapons are believed to be effective when in PvP mode.

While Bungie is busy preparing for the release of "The Dark Below" DLC, some gamers on the other hand were able to uncover some interesting codes from the game's programming system. According to the International Business Times, one code is labeled as "code tweaks and mods for more complex armor shaders." This code leak supposedly allows "Destiny" players to customise the colour of their armours' shaders through the DLC.

Another code reportedly found inside the DLC is labeled as "Ship Shader Template." This code supposedly allows a "Shader to interface with ship hull coatings." It's believed to give "Destiny" gamers free reign in costuming the colours of their ships. The same goes for their vehicles' shaders.

According to IBTimes, "The Dark Below" DLC also features another code described as a "layer of translation code." Like the rest this was also data-mined from the programing system. It will reportedly allow "a shader to interface with vehicle coatings." This leaked code from "Destiny" is reportedly labeled as "Vehicle Shader Template."

However, these leaked codes for shaders in "Destiny" are pending developer's confirmation. Bungie has yet to confirm them as part of the features in "The Dark Below" DLC.
