Players using the mage class on "Dragon Age Inquisition" will see some returning abilities found in the previous game titles after BioWare posted an image via Twitter. Additionally, interested gamers may also reply to an image to win a DAI leather wallet.
Mage Abilities On 'Dragon Age Inquisition'
Three abilities for the mage class from "Dragon Age" series will return on "Dragon Age Inquisition." BioWare confirmed these returning abilities plus a new one via an image at Twitter similar to what @dragonage did with two-handed combat style. Here are the three returning abilities with a new one on "Dragon Age Inquisition:"
1. Flashfire - Ignite an enemy with searing pain and send them fleeing in panic
2. Winter's Grasp - Lock a target in a sheet of ice, freezing it in place.
3. Mind Blast - Send enemies staggering with an explosion of willpower that drives them back and makes them less likely to target you again.
4. Lightning Bolt - Summon a bolt of lightning that blasts and paralyses a single target. If other nearby enemies are nearby, the bolt will paralyse the target for longer.
For players who missed the two-handed combat style appearing on "Dragon Age Inquisition," three abilities have been unveiled which are Earthshaking Strike that tears open the ground with a shockwave, Mighty Blow that crumples foe with a powerful attack and Whirlwind that cuts through enemies' path by spinning weapons.
