Ellen DeGeneres has recently shown her open-handed philanthropic side this Christmas as late Paul Walker is being remembered and honored in today's "Ellen DeGeneres Show." In today's episode, Ellen DeGeneres announced that JCPenny will be donating $10,000 to Paul Walker's non-profit charity, "Reach Out Worldwide."

The donation will go to the charity fund of "Reach Out Worldwide," a non-profit organization that the late actor established along with his friend, Roder Rogas, to provide mobile and quick aid in rescue and recovery procedures after a major natural catastrophe around the world.

"The passing of actor Paul Walker was heartbreaking, he had been on our show a few times, he had welcomed (staffer Jeannie Klisiewicz) and a viewer at the premiere of 'Fast & Furious' in London," DeGeneres told her viewers.

"Paul was a great guy, he was a humanitarian who started his own charity after the earthquake in Haiti. It's called 'Reach Out Worldwide,' and since this is the season of giving, you can go to our website and find out how to donate, and today JCPenney is donating $10,000 in Paul's name to his charity," she added while showing a big check that read "Memory of Paul Walker."

His aid organization, "Reach Out Worldwide," released an extremely poignant video Dec. 16 bringing to light his great philanthropic deeds with a description which reads: "When you put good will out there, it's amazing what can be accomplished." ROWW Founder, Paul Walker.

"It was everything that I'd always wanted, doing something to help people that really need it," Walker said in the video.

Reach Out Worldwide is a network of professionals with first responder expertise to quick-response, a first-aid organization to help in rescue and recovery after major natural disasters around the world," a clip stated and released from the show.
