“Empire” Season 1 ended with Jamal Lyon (Jussie Smollet) getting the key to the Empire with two of his brothers, Andre (Trai Byers) and Hakeem (Bryshere Gray) planning for hostile takeover together with Cookie (Taraji P. Henson). After hitting the all-time high during the show’s Season 1 epic finale, “Empire” fans are gearing up for the show’s Season 2 with the list of high-powered celebrities who can play as guest stars.

“Sometimes we create characters and cast those characters with celebrities in storylines that are generated by the writers, and sometimes we get offered an opportunity and we marry a celebrity or an actor that wants to come on the show to something we have in the works and sometimes we'll create something specifically for someone,” executive producer Ilene Chaiken told E! Online when asked about their celebrity guests.

Here are the list of “Empire” Season 2’s guest list dream cast.

Beyonce and Jay Z

Known as hip-hop’s royal couple, Beyonce and Jay Z are the perfect power couple that the show could ever had. Beyonce is not new when it comes to acting as she already starred in a number of movies and Jay Z can bring his swag when it comes to making music.

Kim Kardashian and Kanye West

Today’s powerful couple, Kim Kardashian and Kanye West are the perfect addition to the show’s long list of celebrity guests. One of the many inspirations of Terence Howard’s character Lucious Lyon is the “Yezzus” singer and this could be a perfect time when the rapper can bring his own flavour to the show including his reality star wife.

Eve

Although she’s been out in the spotlight for quite some time, everybody knows that Eve can sing and act at the same time. The singer had small roles in “Barbershop” and “Glee.”

Macy Gray

Macy Gray and series creator Lee Daniels used to work in “Paperboy” played by Zac Efron and Australian star Nicole Kidman. Originally rumoured to play the older woman who seduces Hakeem, Gray could be a missing piece of the puzzle for the show’s Season 2.

Other celebrities included in the dream cast list include:

Sean Combs

Nicole Kidman

Zac Efron

Sherri Shepherd

Mariah Carey

Yaya Dacosta

Paula Patton

Mos Def

Mo’Nique

Jane Fonda
