Eva Mendes Says She Needs A Therapist To Reveal What Is Wrong With Her
Eva Mendes said going to therapy is a must for her. The new mom said she needs a therapist who would tell her what her problem is so that she could change.
In the April issue of Women’s Health, new mom Eva shared that going to therapy is not a problem for her. Contrary to how other people view therapists, she believes having a therapist is really helpful for her. Apart from having someone listen to her, she really wants someone to talk to her. “I’m lucky to work with someone who doesn’t just sit there and nod her head, you know? Tell me what’s wrong with me so I can fix it,” the 41-year-old shared.
On the same interview, mother of six months daughter shared that she dropped off the pregnancy weight fast because of a strict diet regimen she had been following for six years already. She shared that she stayed away fro meat for years already because she does not agree with “factory farming.” She said the regimen made her feel better, health wise. She also noticed her skin looking better after just a year of not eating meat. She also talked how her baby changed her life and how much she is enjoying being a mom. Still, she said she would not dare give out motherhood advices yet this early, as people would certainly think she is being a know-it-all – giving out advices when she has only been a mother for six months.
The new mom also just celebrated her 41st birthday in the most low-key but fun way possible, E Online reports. He and her husband Ryan Gosling went to the Moonlight Rollerway in Glendale, Calif. On Thursday night to have fun, with some of their friends and family. The source said that the party was made up an intimate group of people amounting to only 15.
A source shared to E News that the two had a lot of fun since they are both good skaters. The skating fun lasted for two hours, with everyone skating and twirling to disco music. Eva in particular, was observed to be enjoying the most, “showing off her skills.”
