‘Fallout 4’ tips to Legendary Visionary’s Helm location, fighting Legendary enemies and possible cut ending
Even after a month in the hands of players, “Fallout 4” continues to surprise with some notable items and little finds left by developers. Fans have been spotting them left and right, and for this round, fans can take a look at three things in the game. These are the power armour Visionary’s Helm, a tip to fight off Legendary enemies and a possible ending that was cut from the final game.
Getting the Visionary’s Helm
In a game like “Fallout 4,” armours that provide extra abilities for players, making them a good-to-have equipment when exploring the wasteland. Several power armours have already been sighted in “Fallout 4,” but given the many uses it can bring, it’s good to be able to collect the available ones in the game.
One of these new finds is the Visionary’s Helm, which can be obtained by being part of the Brotherhood of Steel. iDigital Times gives a detailed guide on how to obtain the Visionary’s T-60C Helm. The first step is to be at the Paladin or Sentinel level, which allows the player to participate in two missions set by Captain Kells.
After succeeding in the missions, players will need to report this to Kells. Players will then be rewarded the Visionary’s Helm. Interestingly, it appears that the mission does not have to be successfully carried out, as the player can lie and still be able to get the power armour.
Defeating Legendary enemies
“Fallout 4” players who have come further in the game may do well to know a few handy tricks by now. The Guardian has compiled some useful ones when travelling the wasteland, but there is one that is particularly important when battling enemies.
There are different enemies in “Fallout 4,” but the tough ones would have to be the Legendary enemies. Sometimes, this can be hard to deal with, especially when they transform into stronger enemies and regenerate health. What can be done instead of wasting weapons and energy is to target limbs. Regeneration does not include damage to the limbs, which is especially useful when facing Legendary enemies. Depending on the type of Legendary enemy, one can either target the arms to prevent them from wrecking hell with weapons or legs to prevent them from fighting back.
Hearing a different ending
Interestingly, fans who have delved into the game’s files have spotted an interesting development for “Fallout 4.” It appears that Bethesda has planned another ending for Danse, which never made it out of the files and into the final cut. Kotaku spotted the fan who managed to unearth the file, stating that audio files suggested the player being able to save Danse from his very bad fate in the actual ending of “Fallout 4.”
A transcript of the dialogue has also been captured, though players may want to take caution of spoilers, especially for those who have yet to reach the end. The captured file does not appear to be the end of the hidden files.
The source did cite another possibility for the file, which is its inclusion in a DLC in the future. Game developers have had the practice of embedding files into the game, which can be later expounded on via post-launch content. Bethesda has yet to reveal its plans for DLC content for “Fallout 4.”
