Zynga launched FarmVille, the famous farming simulation social network game in 2009. Thereafter, Farmville has become a household name because of its humongous fan base and player count on the social networking sites and devices. The latest news is that Zynga launched the popular game specifically for smartphones named "Farmville 2: Country Escape."

Not so long ago, FarmVille used to rule the roost of social networking games with its sheer addiction; due to the demand for the game, it is only natural that Zynga takes the game to the next level by offering a seamless mobile gaming experience.

According to Zynga, this mobile version of the game is developed keeping in mind the feedback the company received from their former game. In addition, there is a brand new feature in Farmville 2: Country Escape, the game can now be played offline according to the players need, however, in order to save the progress of the game the player has to connect to the internet.

Part of Farmiville's success should be attributed to the spread of Facebook across continents. With the advent of social networking games and the launch of the new service named "online gaming support" for social networking games, FarmVille was spreading like a wildfire. This was mainly due to friends introducing and inviting other friends in their list to play and be a part of the game. But now, the current FarmVille has been reinvented and ready to make an impact in users' virtual existence. The new game is available for iOS and Android users.

What is New?

According to Culturemob, FarmVille 2 attempts to call into question the category of 'gardens simulators'. Players could raise animals, grow vegetables, and even take care of orchards, among others. It is worth noting that, this mobile version is made from scratch to suit the mobile virtual world and it is not an altered desktop version. Hence the mobile gaming experience could be phenomenal.

Jamie Davies, Zynga's General Manager wrote in a blog, "We know that consumers play games differently on their phones and tablets than they do on the Web. We've redesigned crop timers, animal interactions, touch controls and the game board to deliver a satisfying play session whether you have 2 minutes in line at the store or 30 minutes at home on the couch."
