"Hannibal" is an exciting new series that has got an impressive plot and not to mention incredibly good-looking cast. The lead stars of the film have already garnered quite the attention specifically of "Fifty Shades of Grey" fanatics. While Hugh Dancy is being eyed as Christian Grey, it isn't surprising to hear that Dancy's onscreen love interest, Caroline Dhavernas is eyed for the role of Anastasia Steele.

An official cast for the film adaptation of "Fifty Shades of Grey" is yet to be announced let alone the roles be auditioned for. Of course, all the waiting has led fans of the film left to their own devices of speculating on a cast. It's not unexpected to see new names being added to the "potential" list each day.

Now, the latest addition to the stars who could portray Anastasia Steele in the big screen is none other than NBC's "Hannibal" Dr Alana Bloom, Caroline Dhavernas. With the bright blue eyes and brunette hair, Caroline has got the physical look of Ana down pat. Yet, is Caroline of the right age to play the 21-year old college student?

Despite being 35-years of age, Caroline looks not a day older above 25 which is of course one of the perks of being a Hollywood actress. Caroline's age would of course depict her maturity meaning she'd most likely have an idea of S&M and all the kinky stuff in the bedroom. Also, this would lead fans to believe she'd have no trouble exposing herself as well. Still, not all Hollywood actresses are ready to bare everything on screen especially for a raunchy film as "Fifty Shades of Grey."

So, given Caroline Dhavernas' looks, is she the next possible star to play Anastasia Steele? Check out the slideshow to see more of this "Hannibal" beauty.
