‘Final Fantasy XV’ may get new PS4, Xbox One demo, new screenshots spotted
“Final Fantasy XV” fans can expect another improvement to the Episode Duscae demo, as per the hints dropped by Game Director Hajime Tabata. It appears that another update will come to improve the game following the latest patch Square Enix rolled out.
This was revealed in an interview with Chinese publication VGTime as translated by Attack of the Fanboy. The developer may be planning to create and roll out another demo.
The demo will also reportedly come to the PS4 and Xbox One platforms. This has been differentiated from the initial demo that came with the “Final Fantasy Type-0 HD” and the updated 2.0 version of the “Final Fantasy XV” Episode Duscae.
More than the demo, there was even a hint of possible free DLC coming to the game. However, Square Enix has yet to finalise the details for these announcements. What is notable is the length that the developer is going to achieve a lot for “Final Fantasy XV.”
Interestingly, another footage for “Final Fantasy XV” has been showcased during the Family Game Forum. Nova Crystallis spotted the tech demo, which shows a few scenes from the game, as well as the developmental stages in overall creation. The footage, seen below, appears to have been shot straight from the presentation so fans should not expect to see the quality of the game in the tech demo.
Square Enix appears to be using a lot of advanced technology in rendering crumbling rocks, water waves and even Noctis running in water, to name a few. The source also featured the screenshots of the game during the presentation. Some of the fantastical landscapes of “Final Fantasy XV” can be seen in the screenshots.
Previously, it has also been hinted that the combat system for “Final Fantasy XV” will see another additional mechanic. Hinted as similar to the gambit system, the developer had stated that players will have more freedom in choosing the kind of style they will employ when engaged in combat.
However, those who are familiar with the gambit system will not necessarily feel that it is the same thing, as the developer has also hinted that there are particular differences. These will be revealed later on.
