The ex-nanny of Hollywood icon Sharon Stone is filing a lawsuit against the actress for claims of racial harassment, wrongful termination and sweatshop conditions.

According to a source, the complaint of the former nanny came in a total of nine pages which include Stone throwing painful, discriminating slurs to her, with regards to her Filipino background. She has been working for five years as a stay in housekeeper and nanny at the same time.

The nanny's other stories state that she was instructed not to speak to the kids since Stone believes her children may get her 'Pinoy' accent when speaking in English. In short, the lawsuit somehow emphasized that to be a Filipino is the same as being stupid.

Additional claims in the lawsuit state that Stone once forbade her nanny and helper from reading the bible and also always had something bad to say about her going to church.

As for Sharon Stone's side, the actress has accused the nanny of robbing the overtime pay and so fired her when the money was not given back after a month of the alleged incident.

Paul Bloch, the spokesperson of Stone said that his client denies all the accusations and that this is just another case of a former worker who wants to get money from the actress by extreme measures.

All three sons of 'Basic Instinct' actress Sharon Stone are all adopted in 2000, 2005 and 2006.
