Foxconn: iPhone 5 will Crush Samsung Galaxy S3
Terry Gou, the chief executive officer of Apple components partner Foxconn, said that iPhone 5 will beat Galaxy S3, Samsung's flagship phone.
In the investor meeting of the company, Mr. Gou suggested that iPhone 5 will still reign at the smartphone wars. The Foxconn chief advised consumers to wait for the new iPhone.
Samsung Galaxy S3 has a large 4.8 inch screen but still convenient to carry and handle. The S3 has a built-in memory of up to 62GB that can be doubled by adding a microSD card giving you more storage. It has a dual-core 1.5GHz processor, 4.8-inch 720p HD display, an 8-megapixel camera, and NFC, and it runs Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich with heavy software customization from Samsung.
One of the device major assets is its 2100mAh of battery, which promises long hours of availability. The new Samsung Galaxy is packed with incredible features that wowed many critics.
Samsung Galaxy S3 was launched and released in Australia last May 31. Telstra, Vodafone and Optus are the three major networks in Australia. Vodafone and Optus immediately updated their websites and are accepting pre-orders for the new Samsung mobile phone.
Optus' subsidiary Virgin Mobile Australia joined the networks and is now accepting pre-orders of the new Samsung Galaxy S3. The price of the device differs in each network. There are other retailers where you can buy Samsung Galaxy S3.
Some of the rumors about the new iPhone 5 are it will be equipped with a variant of A5X chip, 1GB RAM in iPhone 4S/iPhone 4 casing. In earlier reports, iPhone 5 will be released in October. And it is confirmed that it was not be released this June since Apple did not include it in the introduction of new iOS and Mac Book yesterday at the WWDC event. However, there are new reports that the media event for the iPhone launch will be held in September along with the fourth generation of iPad.
A lot of rumors emerging about the highly-anticipated iPhone 5; however, as expected from the Cupertino-based company, it did not confirm any of the rumors and we may not hear from the company until the launch.
