The Galaxy Note 5 Gold Platinum phone debuts in the U.S. today on T-Mobile. Two colour options, Black Sapphire and White Finishes, are already available while the gold version will now be available.

T-Mobile announced that customers won’t have to pay anything at first for the 32 GB model, but they will have to part with US$29.17 (AU$40.83) in 24 instalments to reach the US$699.99 (AU$979.90) full retail price. Buyers, however, also enjoy a US$50 (AU$69.99) discount on the total purchase price on the Note5 Deal promo code, reports Phone Arena.

With super Amoled technology in its 5.7-inch touchscreen, the phone feels safe to hold. Corning Gorilla Glass 4 protects the display and can survive all but the mightiest of shocks. Besides, the display with its screen resolution at 1440 x 2560 pixels makes it easy to watch videos and listen to audio.

All operations are run on Android v5.1.1 Lollipop OS leveraged by the Exynos 7420 chipset. Powered by a quad-core 1.5 GHz Cortex- A53 and quad-core 2.1 GHz Cortex-A57, the phone boasts of amazing power.

Users of the gold version enjoy similar internal storage capacity at 32 GB or 64 GB with 4 GB RAM as on the other colour versions. The camera is a 16 GB primary shooter that takes great shots, reported GSMarena.

Earlier this year, Samsung broke a million hearts when it announced the smartphone won’t be sold in Europe this year. Customers in the U.S. will be the first to buy the Galaxy Note 5 and its golden version.
